Pre-Wetted AlphaSat® with Vectra® Alpha 10
Vectra® Alpha® 10 is made from 100% polyester with a sealed border, processed on Texwipe’s automated cleaning system. Vectra® advances the cleaning process and brings this technology to a higher level of wiper manufacturing. Available dry (Vectra® Alpha® 10), pre-wetted (AlphaSat® with Vectra® Alpha® 10) and sterile.

- Vectra sealed border technology provides low levels of ions, NVRs (non-volatile residues), particles, and fibers for use in critical cleaning applications and environments.
- Designed for use on abrasive surfaces. This wiper will not easily snag or abrade, releasing particles and fibers into the process or environment.
- AlphaSat® with Vectra® Alpha® 10 wipers provide consistent, optimized cleaning efficiency with repeatable wetness and VOC levels.
- Packaged in easy-to-use, reclosable slider and peel-and-reseal bags, reducing solution evaporation that preserves the consistent wiper wetness level.
- AlphaSat® with Vectra® Alpha® 10 products are pre-wet with 0.2 μm filtered 100% IPA, 70% IPA / 30% DIW or 6% IPA / 94% DIW for ease of use.
- TX3280 filled with 70% USP Grade IPA / 30% Water
for Injection (WFI) - Excellent chemical resistance for compatibility with a variety of solutions.
- Meets USP <797> and USP <800> wiper requirements.
- Autoclave safe (dry wipers only).
- Individually lot coded for ease of traceability and quality control.
